Walker Ave in Oklahoma City, the center consists of 105,920 SF and was sold at 100% occupancy with a stable rent roll. The property was recently renovated in 2015 and sold at a 9.16% CAP Rate. Historic Film Row Buildings Sold For $2,610,000
Film Row Development LLC purchased the International Crystal Manufacturing properties in Film Row for $2,610,000. Located at 701 W. California, the properties have long been a staple of Film Row dating back to the early 1950s. The collection of properties consists of 19,350 SF and a parking lot. Tre Dupuy, Allison Bailey, and Chris Roberts of Price Edwards represented the seller in the transaction.
Ford Price Named Receiver of Midtown Properties
Ford Price, Managing Partner, has been appointed receiver by the District Court of Oklahoma County for several properties in the Midtown area. Included are: the Stryker Office Building located at 1141 N. Robinson containing approximately 38,000 square feet; the building previously occupied by First Christian Church at 1200 N. Robinson containing approximately 20,000 square feet; and the parking lot on the SE corner of 11th & Robinson comprising just under half an acre. The assets cover three of the four corners of 11th & Robinson and will have direct access to the new trolley system, currently under construction.
The MidTown area has seen a tremendous resurgence over the last 10 years with the development of office buildings, shopping centers, restaurants, and housing. These assets represent some of the last remaining properties along the Robinson corridor available for redevelopment. Price was also appointed receiver on the Beasley Apartments located at 901 NW 13th Street. The property contains 14 apartment units and adjoining parking lot. The property is 85% leased. David Dirkschneider with Price Edwards & Company is handling the sale of the property.
