• Colony Developers LLC paid The First Christian Church of Oklahoma City $6,375,000 for 30.1 acres of land at 3700 N Walker Avenue in Oklahoma City. The majority of the property will be developed as single family residential lots with 21 townhouse lots on the corner of NW 36th and N. Walker. There will be approximately 14 acres of green belt and outdoor recreation area in the development. Cordell Brown handled the transaction. An office building located at 301 NW 36th Street was included in the purchase and Cordell Brown is also handling that property, which is being offered for sale.
• 1400 Lonnie Abbott Blvd in Ada has sold for $1,923,000 to a local investor. This 5,600SF strip center, situated on a 0.95-acre lot, features three tenants and occupies a prime location along Ada’s main retail corridor. The Price Edwards Retail Investment Team, George Williams, CCIM, and Paul Ravencraft, represented the seller in the transaction.
