• Mach Natural Resources LP (MNR NYSE) renewed its lease and expanded its premises to 55,369 square feet of office space at 14201 Wireless Way in Oklahoma City. The successor to MNR was formed in 2016 and originally leased a single floor of the building. With its most recent expansion and extension the company now occupies three floors, or the entire west building of the project. MNR is an independent upstream oil and gas company focused on the acquisition, development and production of oil, natural gas and NGL reserves in the Anadarko Basin region of Western Oklahoma, Southern Kansas and the panhandle of Texas. • Aviation Training Consulting renewed their lease for 20,582 square feet consisting of the entire 3rd floor at 3540 S. Boulevard in Edmond in the Fisher Hall office development. ATC first leased 6,200 SF in Fisher Hall in 2016 and has grown substantially over the years. This renewal has ATC calling Fisher Hall home for over 10 years. ATC works with the Department of Defense plus civilian entities and possess over 200 years of combined hands on aviation consulting experience. Tom Fields handled the transaction.
• Spencer’s Gifts company and seasonal retailer, Spirit Halloween returns to Quail Springs Market Place for the 2024 Halloween season. Every year Spirit Halloween establishes over 1,400 temporary locations nationwide. Aaron Diehl handled the transaction.
