June 2024 Highlighted Transactions

• Cyclamen LLC paid Group 1 $3,800,000 for a 17,900 square foot former Hyundai Dealership on 4.9 acres at 613 W I-240 Service Road in Oklahoma City. The intended use is a new auto dealership. Andrew Holder and Danny Rivera handled the transaction.

• REW III Edmond LLC paid BBJ Properties, LLC $582,300 for a 3,200 square foot office building at 1409 NW 150th, Edmond.  The buyer purchased the property via a 1031 exchange. The buyer, based in Tulsa, owns several McDonald franchises and will use the 3,200 square foot free standing office building as a home base in the OKC area to manage the local restaurants. Tom Fields handled the transaction.

• Morrison Cup Solutions leased 198,253 square feet of industrial space at 3400 S. Kelly Avenue in Edmond. The transaction was both an extension of the locally owned company’s 110,753 square foot lease, as well as 87,500 square feet of expansion space as the company continues its consistent growth. Chris Roberts handled the transaction.

• Downing Wellhead leased 33,400 square feet of industrial space at 2951 S. Council Road in Oklahoma City on a sublease basis. Downing manufactures innovative wellhead and frac technologies designed to enhance safety, lower costs and make well sites more efficient. Danny Rivera and Andrew Holder handled the transaction.
