
• Danny Rivera and Andrew Holder represented the seller, Xerox Corporation, at 100 N Mustang Road in a $20,000,000 sale of three buildings, totaling 802,628 SF. The 120-acre site is situated off I-40 between the Kilpatrick Turnpike and Mustang Road. The facility sold with a partial leaseback from Xerox in 227,596 SF and renovation work on the vacant portions of the property will begin promptly to create modernized, industrial spaces for lease.
• Former AMC Theatre, a 64,500 SF property located at 1211 E I-240 Service Road in Oklahoma City, has sold for $5,480,000 to Dove Charter Schools. The property sits on a 13.93-acre site at the I-35/I-240 interchange. The Price Edwards Investment Team, Paul Ravencraft and George Williams, CCIM, represented the seller in the transaction.
• Kam Business Ventures paid Community Enhancement Corporation $4,600,000 for Yorktown Apartments, a 92-unit, 74,448 SF multifamily property, situated on 3.49-acres, at 4020 N Meridian Avenue in Oklahoma City. Kam Business Ventures has already begun renovations aimed at revitalizing the asset and enhancing the quality of life for residents. This investment is expected to bring long-term benefit to both the community and the surrounding neighborhood. Sam Walter, Dirk Erdoes, and Girma Moaning handled the transaction.
• Bennett Brothers, LLC, a pipeline construction company founded in Beaver, Oklahoma, paid National Loan Investors, LP $2,000,000 for a 12,098 SF office property at 5619 N Classen Blvd in Oklahoma City. The building will serve as the new headquarters for the buyer. Tre Dupuy and Ian Self handled the transaction.
• HOTH LLC paid Lexford Park LLC $1,060,000 for an office building at 301 NW 36th Street. in Oklahoma City. The building was once part of the Disciples First Christian Church campus, which contained a total of approximately 32-acres of land at the NE corner of NW 36th and Walker. The entire site, less the office building, is being redeveloped into the Lexford Park residential development which will contain approximately 150 home sites, including 20 townhomes and approximately 15-acres of common area. • McCarty Equipment Co. LTD leased 34,362 SF of Class A industrial space at 9500 W Reno Avenue in Oklahoma City. The tenant is a leading provider of industrial solutions, catering to diverse industries such as oil and gas, construction, and agriculture. Chris Roberts represented the landlord, Larson Reno OKC Investors LLC, in the transaction.
• Mach Natural Resources LP (MNR NYSE) expanded by 13,008 SF at 14201 Wireless Way in Oklahoma City. The expansion brings Mach’s total space to nearly 70,000 SF at the project. MNR is an independent upstream oil and gas company focused on the acquisition, development and production of oil, natural gas and NGL reserves in the Anadarko Basin region of Western Oklahoma, Southern Kansas and the panhandle of Texas.
