Price Edwards and Company Brokers $10.2M Office Building Sale

• Gardner Tanebaum Holdings, a real estate development firm based in Oklahoma City, paid Commissioners of Land Office $10,200,000 for a 176,060 square foot office building, Robinson Renaissance, at 119 N Robinson Avenue in Oklahoma City. The building is set to be converted to apartments.  Tre Dupuy and Ian Self handled the transaction.  

• JJG Holdings, LLC paid Rades Acquisition, LLC $1,625,000 for a 6,100 square foot office building on 3 acres at 2940 NW 149th Street in Oklahoma City.  The building is located in the Quail Springs Office Park and was a custom build for Contemporary Sounds Select Systems which specialized in home entertainment systems and commercial users requiring specialized audio / visual systems. The buyer intends to convert the building for use in the insurance and automotive business. Cordell Brown handled the transaction. 

 

• Norman Real Estate Investment Group, LLC paid SAB One LLC $899,000 for a 6,336 square foot former Johnny Carino’s at 970 Ed Noble Parkway in Norman. The new owner plans on remodeling the space and adding a new tenant. George Williams, CCIM and Paul Ravencraft handled the transaction.  

 

• Mammoth Energy Partners, an oilfield services company based in Oklahoma City, with operations in six states as well as Canada, renewed 35,446 square feet of office space in Caliber South at 14201 Caliber Drive in Oklahoma City.  Ian Self and Tre Dupuy handled the transaction.
