Springdale Shops is a grocery anchored retail neighborhood center that is situated on the hard corner of Meridian and N.W. 50th Street. Springdale was recently renovated in 2014. Anchor Tenants include: Super Mercado, Dollar General, Bingo City, Little Caesar's and Super Cuts. Phillip Mazaheri handled the transaction.
• Don A. Karchmer paid John Chiaf Revocable Trust $425,000 for a 1.91 acre pad site at 4801 N Lincoln Blvd in Oklahoma City. The site will be utilized with an adjacent property for a future development. Everest Ernst handled the transaction.
• Botanic Tonics, LLC, a wellness brand specializing in herbal remedies for holistic health headquartered in Broken Arrow, OK, expanded their market presence by leasing 41,250 square feet at Space Center at 7101 E 38th Street in Tulsa. They were drawn to this space not only for its strategic location for distributing products but also for its partially air conditioned warehouse, which is ideal for storing their product. After originally leasing 7,500 square feet at Space Center a few months ago, they've now partnered with their landlord to secure a larger 22,500 square foot industrial space at Space Center East, situated at 12027 E 51st Street in Tulsa. • Smart Shelters, a Tornado Shelter company with locations in Oklahoma, Tennessee and Kentucky, leased 16,000 square feet of industrial space at 1333 SE 25th Street in Oklahoma City. Mark Patton, Tre Dupuy and Ian Self handled the transaction.
• Interworks leased 8,309 square feet of office space in Quail Springs Parkway Plaza at 14000 Quail Springs Parkway in Oklahoma City. Interworks helps organizations large and small with their entire IT infrastructure. Interworks was founded by Behfar Jahanshahi in Stillwater, Oklahoma in 1996.
