Arcadia Capital, and it’s related entities, have experienced a good bit of growth, and with that came a need for more space. Fortunately, Price Edwards and Company was able to find them an option in the same building, that fits their needs with little modification. The property is located in a high growth area about 1 mile south of the Interchange of I-40 and Czech Hall Road. No development plans have been announced. Cordell Brown handled the transaction.
• Arensdorf Investments, LLC paid BancFirst Corporation $1,455,000 for 9.45 acres of land at Miramar & I-44 N Service Rd, Oklahoma City. The site will be developed as a charter bus dispatch location. The seller originally planned to house a data center on the site prior to purchasing their new headquarters in downtown Oklahoma City. Chris Roberts handled the transaction.
• SJS Properties LLC, purchased 1137 E Hefner Road from Frazer Bank for $1,380,000. The 25,536 square foot warehouse is situated on 1.52 acres and is located east of the intersection of E. Hefner Road and N. Kelley in Oklahoma City. The property is in a sports and entertainment district and the buyer plans to continue developing the property for its intended use.
