Aldi leased 60,984 square feet ground lease in Shawnee Marketplace at SE/C I-40 & Kickapoo, Shawnee, OK . for the purpose of building a store of 16,398 sq ft. Aldi anticipates that the store will be open in the first quarter of 2015. Aldi is a closely held private company with more than 1,300 stores in the U.S. primarily in the East and Midwest.
TJ Maxx leased 24,000 square feet of retail space in Shawnee Marketplace at SE/C I-40 & Kickapoo, Shawnee, OK .The store will open in the first phase of the development along with Hobby Lobby and Ulta. TJ Maxx is expected to open in Spring 2015.
Hole In Fun leased 19,006 square feet of retail space in Former Wal-Mart-Weatherford Texas at 1821 S Main St, Weatherford, TX . The entertainment retailer will open mid-August and is looking for additional store locations.
Walgreens subleased 12,000 square feet of retail space to Galaxy Home Recreations at 4900 W Kenosha in the Kenosha Corner Shopping Center at the corner of 71st and Garnett in Broken Arrow. Galaxy has two other store locations; in Tulsa they are located at 7813 E Admiral Place and in Oklahoma City they are at 4335 W Reno.
