American Energy Management Leases Space in Atrium Towers
American Energy Management Services, LLC leased 79,436 square feet of office space in Atrium Towers - South at 3501 N.W. 63rd Street, Oklahoma City. The company’s lease encompasses the entire south tower of the project. AEP then leased an additional 63,799 square feet of office space in Atrium Towers - North at 3503 NW 63rd Street, Oklahoma City. AEP was formed in 2013 and is experiencing rapid growth. The company now leases the entire south tower and this latest lease covers five full floors in the north tower of the project. Craig Tucker handled both transactions with American Energy for the landlord, Atrium, LLC.
BKD Leases Space in Downtown Oklahoma City
BKD, LLP, one of America’ s largest accounting and advisory firms has leased 17,554 square feet at Leadership Square in downtown Oklahoma City.
