Aaron Diehl | Retail Specialist
Aaron Diehl is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with a strong background in financial analysis, pro-forma modeling, and strategic negotiations. Since joining Price Edwards in 2020, Aaron has leveraged his expertise to structure complex real estate deals, including developing custom pro-formas that integrate State and Federal Historic Tax Credits and Renewable Energy Tax Credits. His ability to assess risk and analyze market trends has helped investors maximize returns while revitalizing Oklahoma City’s commercial landscape.
Aaron began his career as a Broadway and Off-Broadway Producer, managing over 20 productions and securing over $28M in commercial theater investment. After returning to Oklahoma City in 2011, Aaron worked as a regional manager for Planet Fitness before working as a consultant for retail ventures looking to raise capital, create marketing strategies, and develop operation procedures. His real estate career began in 2015 and in 2018 he was appointed Vice President of Commercial Real Estate for the Levinson Real Estate Group.
A passionate advocate for community development and the arts, Aaron has served as the Board Treasurer for the Oklahoma City Repertory Theatre since 2016 and as an advisor for the Oklahoma Contemporary’s Education Committee and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. In 2024 he joined the Oklahoma Arts Council Artist Entrepreneur Program as a mentor and became a member of the Homeless Alliance Facilities Committee. Aaron is a CCIM candidate member and holds memberships in the Commercial Real Estate Council, Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce. He is a student of The Black Swan Group, training in advanced negotiation techniques and is a proud graduate of Leadership Oklahoma City’s LOYAL Class XVII - the best class ever!
