Monte Choate | Director of Engineering

A native Oklahoman, Mr. Choate has been with Price Edwards and Company, in the Engineering Department, for over 20 years. He is the Director of Engineering and currently oversees the daily engineering of approximately 85 commercial, industrial and a few retail properties.  He currently has a team of 30 engineers doing an array of building systems management, being responsible for all maintenance issues and the extensive preventative maintenance program, along with energy usage monitoring. He is also the Safety Committee chairman for Price Edwards who holds an excellent record for the 7 years it has been reinstated.  He holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation through the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI).
