Southern Oaks Apartments Sold After Only One Month of Marketing
Price Edwards and Company is pleased to announce the sale of Southern Oaks Apartments. Southern Oaks is a 126-unit apartment community located in south Oklahoma City and was purchased for $2.64 million after the property was marketed for only one month. This marked the second property disposed of by David Dirkschneider for the seller Interbank in the second quarter of 2013. After bringing multiple offers in a short time period, the seller remarked, "you brought us multiple offers and a lot of interest in both of these properties, and we were very pleased to dispose of them in very short order." This is the first acquisition for the buyer in Oklahoma City, but they have another property under contract and plan to add more in the next year.
