• Tulsa Acquisitions II, LLC paid Curlee-Case LLC $5,450,000 for 19.23 acres of land located at 8808 S Mingo Rd, Tulsa. The buyer is a related entity of Dominium Development and Acquisition, LLC. Dominium is a leading national developer, owner and manager of affordable housing to families and seniors across the country. • Orion ANA OKC, LLC paid Petree Plaza, LLC $1,700,000 for a 89,061 square foot shopping center, Petree Plaza, located at 730 W Petree Rd, Anadarko. The transaction included three adjacent properties - a multi-tenant retail center with national tenants and two vacant buildings. The preferred developer of two national retailers acquired all with the intent of redeveloping the two vacant buildings. Troy Humphrey handled the transaction.
• Pepperidge Farm, one of the nation's leading bakery and snack food companies and a subsidiary of Campbell's, renewed 15,000 square feet of industrial space in Space Center located at 7001 E 38th St., Tulsa. • Atlas Spas and Swim Spas signed a lease for 11,750 square feet of retail space at 14040 Joel McDonald Dr in Oklahoma City, marking continued growth for the retailer after it opened multiple locations in Texas. The deal was brokered by Everest Ernst.
• Kelvion, a global manufacturer of industrial heat exchangers and thermal solutions, leased 10,202 square feet of office space in Southland Tower located at 4111 S Darlington Ave., Tulsa.
