Price Edwards Announces Shopping Center Sale of $3.4 Million

Price Edwards & Company Facilitates Northeast Plaza Transaction
Price Edwards & Company played a central role in the receivership, management and ultimate sale of the 79,900 square foot Northeast Plaza located at the intersection of Interstate 44 & Garnett in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  Jim Parrack was appointed receiver of the property and Price Edwards & Company managed the property through the foreclosure process and continued management for NBC Bank upon completion of the foreclosure.  The property was 100 percent occupied with a good mix of national and local tenants including Walgreens, O Reilly Auto Parts, and Subway.  Price Edwards worked with the lender to sell the property to Super “A” Corporation for $3.4 million.

PEC Handles $4,515,453 Land Sale
A transaction involving the sale of 37 acres of land located at the northwest corner of NW 150th and Pennsylvania has been completed. 150th and Penn LLC paid $4,515,453 to Blinn Land Company, LLC et al for the site. The land was zoned mixed use under an existing PUD. Cordell Brown, CCIM, Price Edwards & Company represented the sellers.

Edmond Land Sold for $1,653,000
W & T Land Development, LLC has purchased 114 acres of development land at the northwest corner of the intersection of Covell and Westminster Road in Edmond. The oddly shaped tract of land has approximately 1320 feet of frontage on Westminster Road. Plans call for a residential estate development. Sale price for the land was $1,664,890. Cordell Brown, CCIM with Price Edwards & Company represented the seller. 

Planet Fitness To Lease Over 20,000 SF in South Oklahoma City
In July Planet Fitness signed a new lease in which they will occupy 21,250 SF at Almonte Shopping Center at the SW corner of S. May Avenue and SW 59th Street in Oklahoma City.  Construction on the space is well underway and the tenant hopes to be open by late fall or early winter of this year.   Everest Ernst with Price Edwards and Company handled the transaction.
