Amy Watson | Multi-family Property Manager

Amy Watson joined Price Edwards in 2022 after a 20-year career in Multi-family Property Management. Her success in multi-family consulting, converting receiverships to performing REITS and developing operations for new developments, awarded her as the most desired employee in property management. She is the profile assessment model for prescreening for a national corporation in addition to recognized awards for performance.

She has managed up to 3,000 units in her portfolio and over 50 employees under her supervision in multiple locations. Her leadership approach is to be of service to people and add value to their strengths. She participates in nonprofit organizations that help other women join the workforce after being unemployable.
