Amy Colson | Property Manager

Amy started in the commercial real estate industry in 1992. Over the last thirty years, she has managed numerous high-rise office properties as well as retail and medical facilities.

She previously worked at Price Edwards and Company prior to relocating to Colorado in 1999, where she worked alongside a real estate developer assisting in all aspects of acquisitions and development.  She has experience in managing larger multi-use properties and has worked for smaller boutique commercial firms as well as a national firm specializing in hospital and medical facilities.  In 2022, Amy returned to Price Edwards and Company to oversee the operation of over 1.2 million square feet of retail and office properties.
