Sam Walter joined Price Edwards and Company in 2023 and has been involved in Commercial Real Estate since 2021. A proud Oklahoma native, Sam is passionate about serving the communities he knows and values deeply. He earned dual degrees in Marketing and Management from Oklahoma State University, which provided him with a strong foundation in business strategy and client service.

Sam specializes in client development, marketing, research, valuation, and the sale of value-add and workforce housing across Oklahoma. His expertise lies in the sale, exchange, and disposition of multifamily assets, working with property owners, investors, and developers to maximize the value of their real estate. Known for his strategic insights, market knowledge, and client-focused approach, Sam is dedicated to helping clients achieve their investment goals.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with his wife, being outdoors, snow skiing, and running. He volunteers as a mentor for Course for Change, a nonprofit organization that empowers underprivileged youth to train for half marathons, fostering discipline and goal-setting. Sam is also an active member of Crossings Community Church and the Commercial Real Estate Council of Oklahoma (CREC).
