Nava Bailey manages a diverse commercial real estate portfolio totaling approximately 540,000 square feet, consisting of retail, office, and mixed-use properties, as well as multiple commercial associations. Her responsibilities include property operations, financial oversight, budgeting, lease administration, capital projects, vendor management, and tenant relations.

With a professional background in accounting, Nava brings a strong financial and operational perspective to property management. She is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association and has completed BOMA’s Foundations of Real Estate Management program.
