Girma Moaning is a commercial real estate specialist with deep expertise in retail leasing, tenant representation, landlord representation, investment sales, and site acquisition for development. He partners with developers to identify and acquire prime retail properties for end-users while crafting tailored strategies to attract and retain high-quality tenants. With a results-driven approach, Girma helps landlords maximize occupancy, enhance property value, and ensure long-term success in today’s competitive retail market.

Since joining Price Edwards & Company in 2018 as a Retail & Investment Specialist, Girma has successfully brokered retail, investment, and multifamily transactions. He has also worked on distressed asset portfolios in collaboration with a national asset advisory group, providing strategic solutions for repositioning underperforming properties.

Girma began his real estate career in 2014 and has built a reputation for delivering data-driven insights, market expertise, and strategic deal-making. His in-depth knowledge of retail market trends allows him to provide clients with targeted leasing and investment strategies that drive long-term value.

Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Girma served in the U.S. Air Force for 13 years. He attended The University of Oklahoma, focusing on Aviation, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. 

Girma is an active member of ICSC. He also serves on the OKC Ballet Marketing Board of Trustees and was president of the OKC Commercial Real Estate Council.
