Carmen Harrell | Property Manager

Carmen Harrell joined the Tulsa team of Price Edwards and Company in early 2022 to take on the management of over 400,000 SF of office across multiple properties in the Tulsa area.

Carmen is a seasoned property manager with over 13 years of property management experience.  She is responsible for client interface, reporting, tenant relations and operational matters for her portfolio.

As a native Arkansan, Carmen located to Tulsa in 2014.  She has a Business Management degree from Southern Arkansas University and previous work experience in banking and logistics.   

Carmen is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association and is an Oklahoma licensed real estate associate.
