With over 25 years of experience, she has successfully led retail development initiatives, landlord representation, and shopping center leasing, working with local, regional, and national retailers.
Brandy has a proven track record of collaborating with municipalities to secure economic development incentives that drive retail expansion and enhance community growth. Her ability to navigate public-private partnerships has been instrumental in attracting developers and retailers to key markets. Prior to joining Price Edwards in 2009, she played a pivotal role in preleasing retail shopping centers with Sooner Investment and Collett & Associates.
Most recently, Brandy has worked extensively with retail developers, municipalities, and community leaders in Durant, Oklahoma. She was also instrumental in facilitating the entry of a national sporting goods anchor and a major grocery chain into Southern Oklahoma, significantly strengthening the region’s retail landscape and improving the quality of life for residents. Her ability to connect municipalities, developers, and retailers makes her an invaluable asset in shaping successful retail projects that support business growth and community development.
Brandy holds an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies with an emphasis in Contract Law and is currently advancing her legal education toward a law degree.
