Sovereign Technology Center Sells for $1,700,000

GFO Companies paid $1,700,000 for Sovereign Technology Center located at 1233 Sovereign Row in Oklahoma City. The flex-space facility consists of three buildings totaling 39,085 square feet. GFO companies intend to utilize the property as an investment property.  Tre Dupuy and Danny Rivera with Price Edwards & Company handled the transaction.

 

OKC Industrial Facility Sells for $1,550,000

Pro Properties paid $1,550,000 for an industrial facility located at 11305 S. I-44 Service Road in Oklahoma City. The 20,500 square foot facility is situated upon five acres of land. A portion of the building will be utilized for truck and accessory outfitting, and the remaining space will be multi-tenant light industrial use. Danny Rivera with Price Edwards & Company handled the transaction.

 

Burlington Coat Factory Coming to Market at Czech Hall

CHM Development purchased approximately 9 acres of land in the Market at Czech Hall development located at the interchange of I-40, Czech Hall Road and NW 10th Street in Oklahoma City.  CHM paid $1,000,0000 for the site which is adjacent to Academy Sports. Other stores in the center include Ross Dress for Less, ULTA Beauty, Marshall’s, Petco and others.  Cordell Brown with Price Edwards & Company handled the transaction.

 

Sage Natural Resources Leases 16,000 SF in Tulsa

Sage Natural Resources, LLC has leased approximately 16,531 SF of Class “A" office space in the One Warren Place Office Building, located at 6100 S. Yale in Tulsa.  Sage Natural Resources is a privately held company that specializes in the development of oil and natural gas properties in the Ft. Worth Basin of Texas.  Matt Surrett with Price Edwards & Company (Tulsa) handled the transaction.
