The Oklahoma City customer care center of Williams-Sonoma has been sold to KG SC Holdings, LLC for $4.5 million. The Chicago-based seller, Netrust Acquisition Portfolio One, LLC was represented by Craig Tucker of Price Edwards & Company. The buyer was represented by McGee Real Estate Services.
The 35,862 square foot building is located at 7720 NW 86th Street in the Silver Springs Crossing development. Constructed in 1998, the building has been the home of one of William-Sonoma’s three customer care centers in the United States since that time. Direct to customer sales currently account for over half of the company’s total. The Williams-Sonoma family of products includes Pottery Barn, West Elm, Mark and Graham and PB Teen among others.
Integris Leases 19,000 SF at One Corporate Plaza
Integris Health, Inc. recently executed a lease for 19,000 square feet to house various human resource functions at One Corporate Plaza. Located immediately west of the main Integris campus, One Corporate Plaza provided Integris with a large block of contiguous space on one level which was ideal for the tenant’s needs. The space came available only due to another tenant’s need to close its Oklahoma City offices and the deal was structured so that the landlord never missed a day of rent, nor paid for any improvements.
Integris Health is Oklahoma’s largest healthcare system and ranks in the top 25 healthcare systems in the United States. Craig Tucker of Price Edwards & Company negotiated the transaction on behalf of the landlord, One Corporate LLC. Price Edwards & Company also acted as general contractor on the $250,000 construction project.
Bank of Oklahoma Purchases Broken Arrow Land
In July 2015, BOKF d/b/a Bank of Oklahoma paid $1,469,272 to Hillside Development, LLC for a 1.20-acre tract at the NWC of the Broken Arrow Expressway & Lynn Lane in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Bank of Oklahoma will hold a ground-breaking ceremony for this new branch location in early September 2015. The new retail development, Hillside Crossings, is anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market. PEC Tulsa Handle's $800,000 Tulsa Sale
MDM Investments, LP purchased the 30,389 SF former Wahlco Fabrication facility located at 6917 South Highway 97 in Sapulpa, OK from BOKF, NA for $800,000. The facility was built in 2006 and sits on 3.61 acres. The Buyer purchased the property as an investment and will offer it for lease. Smile Stop Purchases Tulsa Office
Smile Stop Dental 31st & Memorial, LLC purchased the 1,720 SF dental building at 9063 East 31st Street from J&A Investments, LLC for $187,950. The Buyer will be expanding their Bartlesville dentist offices to Tulsa. Tanda Francis with Price Edwards & Company was the broker in this transaction.
Oklahoma Insurance Department Renews 31,000 SF Lease
The Oklahoma Insurance Department renewed its lease for two floors in Five Corporate Plaza totaling 31,168 square feet of office space. The OID moved into the building in 2010 after an extensive remodeling of the 1st and 2nd floors. Tom Fields handled the transaction.
