Mr. Hedrick and the Lee family has entrusted Price Edwards & Company with the management of their investments since 2010.
Bill Hedrick graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1980 with a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Accounting. Upon graduating college, he went on to work at the Oklahoma City office of the international CPA firm Arthur Young and Company. In 1983 Mr. Hedrick moved on to work for Rebel Oil, owned by the Lee family.
“The Lee family has been involved in commercial real estate for over 60 years,” says Bill Hedrick, current manager of the Robert E. Lee, Sr. family interests. “After divesting in the development at May and Memorial we took most of the proceeds from that transaction and put them towards a development at 33rd and Broadway in Edmond.” When asked why Price Edwards & Company was chosen as the property management firm Mr. Hedrick replied, “ Price Edwards has brought a professionalism to the way we do business.”
